Many of you get Ban problems and Acounts Problems too without knowing what to do. This thread was made to help with those problems.

Banned for something you dont know
Do you ever Get Banned not knowing why. Well there are many reasons to this sometimes you may have done something wrong and not known it. Sometimes you can be what people call 'Hacked' witch if this happens you should e-mail clubpenguin what has happened. Sometimes you get temporarily get banned and sometimes you get Perma-banned. You also may have said a few words that shouldnt be said on ClubPenguin but that wont get you Perma-banned unless you do it constantly after you have done it already.

Banned for Cursing, Bad language, ect.
When you get banned for Cursing and what not. Usually you dont get Perma-Banned right away but just banned for 24 hours the second time you will be banned longer and if you continue to Curse or use bad language you will get Perma-Banned. E-mailing Clubpenguin wont help with this one its your own fault.

Keeping your password safe
To keep your password safe from anyone first of all dont give it away. Dont even give it to your best friend because they may do something to get your account banned. Also try to keep your password difficult to guess because many people get banned due to having easy passwords. Try to keep your password something that you will remember to if you forget your password.

Lost Password
If you have your password lost just simply click forget password and they will send an email if you Type your email and account name in.

Lost conection or Cache Error
When you have a lost connection just simply log out because there is nothing to do about it. Sometimes you may getting for not moving or being active for more than 10 minutes or more on Cp. If you have a cache error simply fix your cache or log out. Sometimes clicking ok does it and sometimes it will pop out right after.
