| The forums and website release will be good, however it will be a while as the goal is to get the forums how we want them to be.
Perhaps we may have some more of the VBulletin features ( such as referrals ). |

Music idea... not so good.
It isn't good to have music because everybody listens to different kinds of music, all it will do is drive people away.

| if you guys still need a host then use www.3ix.com . Can be as cheap as $1 p/m. I'm gonna do the $3 p/m when I finish my website.

| Well the free host we have is actually very very nice. Only issue is the whole free thing, doesn' look too good. So some cheap domain hosting would be good enough. I just wanna make sure that if we do, do that then the masking should allow the site to have urls such as penguinigloo.com/forum/viewtopic-82.php
