Heck, no.
I got an 8GB MP4 Player for around $80 (Australian Dollars) off eBay.
From Hong Kong or what not, free postage. Not a bad buy either.
Almost identical to this one.

An iPod is an MP4 Player. I'm still saying 'no' to buying it.
And MP4 Player (Or iPod) is better than an MP3 any day, trust me.

yeah that's true, that mp4 is better than mp3, but i rather buy an i pod because i don't know a lot of songs so i buying 2 gb instead of 4gb
